William F. "Billy" Robinson
Billy Robinson, 69 of Brimfield, died unexpectedly March 21, 2021. Born in Akron, Ohio, he spent most of his life in Akron and was a graduate of North High School. Billy was a successful entrepreneur who's passion for health and fitness carried him throughout his career. The most significant time of his career was spent as Vice President of Sports Life Inc. in Atlanta, Georgia. That was where he met the most extraordinary people who helped make his earthly journey so exceptional, especially his mentor Jerry Alles.
Billy was preceded in death by both parents, Jeff and Evelyn Robinson; brother, Jeffrey Robinson; sister, Carolee (McGivern); sister, Shelly (Shreckengost). Also preceding him in death are father-in-law, Robert Oswald; mother-in-law, Eileen Oswald and brother-in-law, Jani Lane.
He is survived by his loving wife of 46 years, Michelle and his only son, Robert "Beau" Robinson; sisters-in-law, Marcine (Joel) Williams and Victoria Oswald-Ley; brother-in-law, Eric Oswald; his beloved nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
Cremation has taken place and a memorial mass is scheduled for Wednesday, March 31, 2021 at 4pm at St. Peters of the Field Catholic Church, 3487 Old Forge Rd. Rootstown, Ohio 44272. Friends may gather at 3:30pm prior to mass to greet the family.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Michelle and Robert Robinson, 1048 Sunview Dr. Mogadore, Ohio 44260.
