Virginia Tenney

Virginia R. Tenney 88 of Copley reached her goal of Heaven on Saturday May 11th 2013. Mom was a founding member of the Apostolic Church of Barberton attending for over 50 years. She played the organ taught Sunday school sang in the choir and the Ladies Trio. Mom worked at Tauer's Florist for many years and then worked for Graf Growers where she made many life friends. Her love of family taught us all the true meaning of love and sacrifice. Mom leaves behind her children David (Linda) Paul (Rosemary) Fred (Meg) and daughter Sandra (Peter) Litcinchyk; 12 grandchildren 26 great grandchildren and sister-in-law Mame Dean all of whom will carry on her memory. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday May 14 2013 at 11 AM at the Hummel Funeral Home 3475 Copley Rd. Copley with Rev. Ed Nichols officiating. Interment in Copley Cemetery to follow. Visitation will be held one hour PRIOR to the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the family and sent to the Hummel Funeral Home.
