Tracy Phillips
February 12, 1965 — October 2, 2022
Ms. Tracy Lynn Phillips, age 57, passed away on October 2, 2022. She was born in Butler, PA to the late Irving Davis and Donna Phillips.
Tracy was preceded in death by her parents, her son, Willie James Howard III; brothers, William Jr., and Ronald Phillips Jr.
She is survived by her partner, Willie James Howard Jr.; sons, David Phillips, and Traci Howard; Grandson, Tymar Allen; brothers, Edward and Eric; sisters, Mary and Tanya; many nieces and nephews; and lots of family and friends.
Tracy loved to play cards, bingo, and watch televisions. She loved just having fun.
A memorial service will be held at a later date and will be posted through Facebook.
