VIEW VIDEO TRIBUTE Thomas McCoy Woods Jr. 93 of Akron went home to be with the Lord March 7 2006. Thomas was born on June 25 1912 in St. Louis MO. Thomas was preceded in death by his parents Thelma and Thomas McCoy Woods Sr. He is survived by his wife of 66 years Eleanor (Polly); daughter Karen (Robert) Klein of Akron; sons Thomas (Susan) McCoy Woods III of Portland OR Michael (Patricia) Woods of Akron Peter (Tonya) Woods of Fresno CA; 14 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Cremation has taken place with a memorial service to be announced later.
