Thomas Semonin, Sr.

Thomas B. Semonin, Sr., age 91, passed away on April 10, 2024. He was born on May 29, 1932 in Akron to the late Gervase and Anna Marie Semonin. He was a 1950 graduate of St. Vincent High School and then served our country in the United States Air Force. Tom worked as a machinist at Akromold. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, bowling and golfing.

Preceded in death by his wife, Nancy, brother, Robert, sister, Rosemary (Ralph) Coon; he is survived by sons, Thomas Jr. (Eileen), Timothy, Christopher (Alyssa) and Patrick; 12 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren; brother, David (Susan) and sisters-in-law, Rita Semonin, Mary Pyles and Gracie Emery and many nieces and nephews.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00am Thursday, April 18, at Guardian Angels Catholic Church, 1676 S. Cleveland Massillon Rd. Copley, where visitation will be one hour prior. Private interment at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
