VIEW MEMORIAL PHOTO TRIBUTE Richard James Gras 90 of the Village at St. Edward Fairlawn died July 27 2007. Born in Akron on September 22 1916 he was one of four children born to the late Frederick and Dora Gras. He attended East High School and after graduation he worked at Goodyear Accounting Dept. where he was a loyal and dedicated employee for 42 years. He was a member of St. Joseph Church in Cuyahoga Falls for 60 years before moving to the Village at St. Edward (Fairlawn). He was known for always being friendly and brightening the spirits of everyone around him. He was preceeded in death by his son James Richard his brother Frederick and sister Dorothy. He is survived by his wife Mary of 65 years daughter Mary Jo Alexander (Cuyahoga Falls) his sister Josephine and daughter-in-law Carolyn and five grandchildren Forest Amy Samuel Elizabeth and Jonathan and many nieces and nephews. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday Aug. 3 2007 at 11:00 am at the Village at St. Edwards (CHAPEL) 3125 Smith Rd. Visitation is one hour prior. Private family interment in Holy Cross Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations can be given to Village at St. Edward 3131 Smith Rd. Fairlawn OH 44333.
