Patricia Brunenmeister

It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Patricia J. Brunenmeister of Fairlawn, Ohio, passed away at the age of 84, on April 15, 2023. Pat was born June 24, 1938 in Toledo, Ohio. She is preceded in death by her parents William and Pauline Banasiak and Michael R. Brunenmeister, her beloved husband of 54 years.

She is survived by her sons, Mike (JoAnn) of Copley, Tom of Woodbury MN., John (Chris) of Akron, Tim (Vicki) of Westfield Center and grandchildren Allison & Daniel. She leaves behind a legacy of love, joy and wisdom which will be forever cherished by everyone who knew and loved her.

A special thank you to the caregivers and staff at The Village of St. Edward at Fairlawn for the care she received in her time of need. The family would also like to thank Alisa Harris for her compassionate care, friendship, and kindness to their mother.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, April 21, 2023 at 11:00 AM at St. Sebastian Catholic Church 476 Mull Avenue, Akron. Interment will follow in Moore's Chapel Cemetery, 1631 North Hametown Road, Bath. Visitation will take place on Thursday, April 20, 2023 from 5 to 7 PM at Hummel Funeral Home, 3475 Copley Road, Copley.
