VIEW MEMORIAL PHOTO TRIBUTE Patricia Ann Boxler (Boyle) 70 entered into the loving arms of our Father January 26 2008 Devoted wife mother grandmother and great-grandmother. Patty touched the lives of many as a teacher in the Akron Public School System for 35 years of which the last 30 were at Hatton Elementary School. Born at Barberton Citizens Hospital to the late Mary and Robert Boyle. She excelled in school graduating college at the age of 20. She met her husband of 48 years while attending Akron University. They married in June of 1959. She later earned her masters in education as a reading specialist from the University of Akron but chose to remain a classroom teacher. She leaves behind her devoted and loving husband Bob; children Liz (Greg) Sears Rob (Emily) and Jim (Marci). Also the apples of her eyes her grand children Matthew Amanda Erin Michael Austin and Colt and their three great-grandchildren Mia Marley and Jack. Also surviving sisters-in-law Rose Horinger and Dorothy (Tom) McNeil; brothers-in-law Howard and Meryl Boxler and many nieces and nephews. The family wishes to express their gratitude to all the physicians and staff that have cared for Patty over the last several years especially Dana her nurse in MICU who was exceptional in her care of our wife and mother during our last precious moments with her. Mass of Christian Burial Wednesday January 30 2008 10:00 at Annunciation Catholic Church 87 Broad St. Interment in Holy Cross Cemetery. Friends may call at Hummel Funeral Home 500 E.
