Oscar Bender

Oscar Fred Bender 83 of Akron died April 10 2007 at Hospice Care Center. Oscar was born on February 12 1924 in Lakewood OH. He served in WWII in the Pacific Theater as a Platoon Sergeant 'Casual Company' USMC. He is survived by his daughters Sara-Lynn Bender and Elizabeth Ann Benton of Cincinnati OH Cremation has taken place. No services. Memorial donations may be made to USMC Toys for Tots Foundation P.O.
