Norman Morgan

VIEW MEMORIAL PHOTO TRIBUTE Norman Meldon Morgan 82 of Copley passed away September 21 2007. He was a member of the 164th Infantry Regiment Americal Division. Norm served in Bougainville and the Philippines during WWII and during the occupation of Japan. He worked construction as an operating engineer for over 40 years. Norman was a lifelong member of the Akron Baptist Temple. Norman was preceded in death by his wife Nell Morgan; sisters Treasie Gray and Fay Green. He is survived by his children Dr. Jerry (Kathy) Morgan Tim (Colette) Morgan Rick (Paula) Morgan Susan Morgan and Debra (Mark) Blewitt nine grandchildren; five great-grandchildren and brother Ivan (Mae) Morgan. Funeral Services Monday September 24 2007 at 11 am at Hummel Funeral Home COPLEY 3475 Copley Rd. Interment in Copley Township Cemetery with Pastor Dave Smith officiating. Friends may call at Hummel Funeral Home COPLEY on Sunday from 7-9 pm. Memorial donations may be made to Copley Fire and Rescue.
