Marion Aron

Marion G. Aron 95 of Akron passed away March 30 2013. She was born on September 5 1917 in Brooklyn New York to the late Jacob and Rose Goetz. Marion was a longtime member of the Tuesday Musical Club Mount Holyoke Club of Akron and served on the boards of the Girl Scouts and the Unitarian-Universalist Church of Akron. She was an avid reader and a strong supporter of the fine arts. Marion is survived by her daughter Louise (Andrew) Miller of North Carolina and granddaughter Sarah Miller of Nebraska. A memorial service will be held 1:00 p.m. Friday at the Unitarian-Universalist Church of Akron (3300 Morewood Rd. Akron Ohio 44333). In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the church.
