Margil Sharpes

Margil (Jarvis) Sharpes 78 of Copley passed away March 14 2013. Born in Mavis WV to Earl and Carolina Jarvis both deceased. She worked at Hydroponic Chem. and Ridgewood Place Copley. She was a member of the former Lord's House of Prayer and attended Celebration Church of Akron. She loved working outside in her beautiful flower beds. Preceded in death by her husband of 50 years Ordie sisters Anna Stump (Akron) Jessie Bishop (Summersville WV) and Merle Fox (Parkersburg WV). Surviving are sisters Inez Frame (Wallace WV) Ellen Jenkins (Belfont WV) brothers Ordie Jarvis (Barberton) Earl Jr. (Normantown WV) Lester (Frametown WV) and Stevie (Belfont WV). She is survived by children Bill Sharpes Sr. (Copley) Sharon (Tom) Peeples (FL) Wesley (Kelly) Sharpes (Ravenna) and Leonard (Jan) Sharpes (Copley). She is survived by grandchildren Bill (Joyce) Sharpes Jr. (Akron) Brian Peeples (FL) Christy (Heath) Peeples-Noss (FL) Angie Sharpes (Copley) and Travis Sharpes (Copley). Visitation will be held on Tuesday March 19th from 5 - 8 PM at the Hummel Funeral Home 3475 Copley Rd. Copley. Funeral services will take place on Wednesday March 20th 2 PM at Hummel Funeral Home with Pastor Harvey Greathouse officiating. Interment in Greenlawn Memorial Park to follow. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Red Cross or your favorite charity.
