Karen S. Thomas, 73, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday April 19, 2016. She was born in Clarksburg, West Virginia on January 28, 1943. Karen worked for Choices Social Club for over 10 years. Karen is survived by mother Catherine Shaffer and son David Nelson. A committal service will be held Friday April 22, 2016, 1:30 pm at Greenlawn Memorial Park, 2580 Romig Rd, in the office Chapel.
