Jennifer Ellis

Jennifer Ellis, age 56, passed away on December 21, 2022 after a prolonged struggle with cancer. She was born in Akron, Ohio and lived in the area for most of her life.

Jennifer is survived by parents, Donald and Marian Childs; her brother, Andrew Childs; her boyfriend, Dan Gordon; her beloved doggie, Bella; and many other family members. She was preceded in death by her brother, Michael Childs.

A visitation for family and friends will be held Thursday, December 29, 2022, from 4 - 6 PM at Hummel Funeral Home, 500 East Exchange Street, Akron. A private burial will be held in East Liberty Cemetery in the city of Green.
