Jamie R. Johnson, age 46, passed away suddenly at his home of natural causes on May 10, 2021. He was born in Akron, OH on April 15, 1975.
Jamie is survived by his parents, Rick (Mary Kay Roediger) Johnson, and Madeleine Johnson; his daughter, Estella Rose Johnson; his brother, Jesse Johnson; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Jamie was a graduate of Newark Catholic High School in Newark, Ohio. He managed for many years, Two Turtles Pet Center in Akron. Jamie's daughter, Estella, was the love of his life and he enjoyed his corgi dogs. He was an avid fan of The Ohio State Buckeyes, and all Cleveland sports teams. Jamie enjoyed hiking with Estella and his dogs in the Summit Metro Parks.
A cremation and private family service have taken place.
The family requests rather than flowers or contributions, remember Jamie by taking a long walk in your local park.
