James Harper Manfull (Jim), lovingly known as "Barber Jim," was born on January 2, 1939, to Francis and Brooks Manfull in Augusta, Ohio. A proud US Army veteran and a man of deep connections, Jim lived his life fully, devoted to family as a loyal and loving son, brother, husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, uncle, and friend. Preceding him in death were his parents, his wife Sandra, daughter Rhonda, and brothers Kenneth and Robert.
Jim is survived by his children Rodney (Linda), Eric (Christy), and Rochelle; grandchildren Brittney (Patrick) and Tanner (Kaitlyn), Bryson Frost; and great-grandchildren Vivianne Quinn, Camden Quinn, and Saylor Manfull.
Jim's life was marked by a warmth and friendliness that touched everyone he met. His humor and loving spirit were present in every aspect of his life, whether cheering on his family at sporting events, sharing his love for sweet treats, or telling tales of his adventurous childhood. Jim also had a love for animals starting from his childhood pet deer to his beloved family pets Rambo, Baron, Scooby, and his best buddy Harper. He worked tirelessly for 25 years at BF Goodrich, while fulfilling his true passion as a barber, continuing until retirement at 78. His legacy inspires us all to love deeply and live fully, treasuring every moment with those we hold dear.
In Jim's memory, donations can be made to the American Lung Association or the American Cancer Society.
