James Kendel

James S. Kendel, age 90, passed away on August 15, 2021.

Jim was preceded in death by his wife Virginia, parents Jacob Kendel and Elizabeth Kendel (Bartok), brothers James, Tom, Joe; sisters Barbara Hope and Mary Miga. He is survived by his wife Wanda; daughter Sandra Collins of Wadsworth; son Dr James Kendel and wife Patricia of Medina; daughter Dr. Darlene Ehlers and husband Rick of Tipton, Iowa. Stepchildren Greg Stallman and wife Kelly of Wadsworth; Susan Karafiat of Cato, New York. Eleven grandchildren and three step grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren, brother Paul and faithful friend Frank Collins.

Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, August 21, 2021 at 11 am at Guardian Angles Catholic Church, 1676 S. Cleveland Massillon Rd, Copley. The family will receive friends at the church on Saturday from 10-11 am. Entombment will take place at Rose Hill Burial Park.
