VIEW VIDEO TRIBUTE Rev. James Lee Hostetler 56 of Copley passed away November 9 2004. He was preceded in death by his parents Charles J. and Mary Etta (Little) Hostetler of Kokomo IN. He was born April 25 1948 in Kokomo Indiana. He graduated from Kokomo High School in 1967; Bachelor of Arts from Cedarville (Ohio) University 1971; Master of Divinity 1987 and Master of Biblical Counseling 1990 from Grace Theological Seminary Winona Lake IN and Clinical Pastoral Education The Cleveland Clinic 1999. He served in local church ministry for 20 years in Ohio Michigan and Indiana. Dean of Students at Grace Theological Seminary 1987-1990 and Director of Spiritual Care at Medina General Hospital since 1999. Jim married Phyllis Catherine (Getz) August 22 1970. He enjoyed woodworking gardening and reading. He is survived by his wife Catherine children Jeremy (Alexis) Joel Jonathan and Christen; grandchild Madison Akron OH area; brothers and sister Charles (Judy) of New Castle IN Nancy (John) Julian and Ed (Julie) both of Kokomo IN; numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held Saturday November 13 2004 at 11:00 am at the Valley View Chapel 1391 State Road Wadsworth OH. Interment in the Copley Township Cemetery Pastor Peter Drury and Jason Haymaker officiating. Friends may call at the Valley View Chapel on Friday from 4:00 - 8:00 pm and Saturday one-hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Harp Therapy Fund of Medina General Hospital 1000 E. Washington Street Medina OH 44256.
