Hisa Oakes

Hisa Oakes of Akron, Ohio passed away on November 3, 2023 in Akron, Ohio. Hisa was born near Tokyo Japan on June 1924. Hisa Is preceded in death by her husband; Bernard and her daughter; Doris Polansky. She is survived by her son; James (Lynn), daughter; Betty (William), five grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

Hisa always had a smile and was loved by many, and she will be sorely missed by family and friends. The family wishes to extend their gratitude to Heather Knoll Nursing Home and the Hummel Funeral Home.
