Glenna Jean Duncan (Nesline) 79 passed away peacefully on January 19 2010 at Hospice of Summa. Her family was her greatest love; her kindness and generosity to both family and friends will be her enduring legacy. A homemaker she was a life long member of the Firestone Park Presbyterian Church where she was active with the Women's Association Chancel Choir and served as an elder and deacon. She gave of her time freely to the Firestone Park Citizens Council Church Women United and the PTA at Firestone Park Roswell Kent and Garfield High School. Preceded in death by her loving daughter June; she leaves behind to cherish her memory her husband of 59 years Paul; daughters Janice (Larry) Miller Judy Duncan and friend Sue and Jona (Steve) Rohrs; granddaughters Tammy (Tigger) Keckler Tracy Miller and friend Keith and Brittany and Julie Rohrs; grandson Jeff (Jennifer) Miller; great grandsons Phillip Wallace III Remington Keckler Gavin Miller Jarvis Garrett and Dylan Carmany; and dear sister Adda (Harold) Chapman. She was an adored aunt of many nieces and nephews and her joyful presence and supportive nature will be greatly missed by all family members and friends. The family wishes to extend a special thanks to the Firestone Park Presbyterian Church congregation for all their love and support and to extend its gratitude to the Doctors Nurses and Staff at Summa Western Reserve Hospital (3 West) who provided such care comfort and compassion not only to Glenna but to our family as well. To honor Glenna's request a celebration of life service will be held on Saturday January 23 at 2:00 PM at the church with The Rev. Amy Starr Redwine and The Rev. Dr. Byron Arledge officiating.
