Emogene Meckler

VIEW MEMORIAL PHOTO TRIBUTE Emogene M. Meckler 88 of Copley died June 17 2007 at Copley Health Center. Emogene was born on April 7 1919 in Akron OH. She graduated from Buchtel HS and worked as an inspector at B.F. Goodrich for 31 years. Emogene was active in the former West Akron Church of Christ now Summit Christian Church. She enjoyed gardening crocheting and spoiling her nieces and nephews. Emogene was preceded in death by her husband of 42 years Steven J. Meckler; parents Frances and Herman Theiss and brothers Robert and William. She is survived by her brother George (Elsie) Theiss of Cuyahoga Falls; sister Betty Sartoris of Sun City AZ and numerous nieces nephews grand nieces and grand nephews. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday June 27 2007 11 AM at Hummel Funeral Home COPLEY 3475 Copley Rd. Interment in Greenlawn Memorial Park with Pastor Mike Martin officiating.
