Earl Meadows

VIEW VIDEO TRIBUTE Earl D. Meadows 77 of Akron entered into rest peacefully at home after a short illness with his devoted family at his side on October 25 2006. He retired from Teledyne Monarch Rubber. Earl was born on December 31 1928 in Pluto WV. Earl was preceded in death by his loving wife Ardith in April; sisters Orvy Richmond Ora Nell Bennett Irene Graham and Macil Haines. He is survived by his children Lillian Kay (Bob) Nichols Judy (Michael) Hilton Joyce (Rod) Stigall Jerry (Velvet) Meadows; 13 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren; sisters Maxine Crook Ruth Meadows; brother-in-law Jasper Haines; sisters-in-laws Zelma Jarrard Zena (Charles) Lilly; and many nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday October 28 2006 10:00 AM at Hummel Funeral Home 500 E. Exchange St. Akron. Entombment in the Hillside Memorial Park. Friends may call at the funeral home TODAY October 27 2006 from 5-9 PM.
