VIEW VIDEO TRIBUTE Dorothy L. Long 76 of Akron died September 6 2005 at her residence following a year battle with her illness. Dorothy was born on January 17 1929 in Akron OH. Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband George Long Sr. (April 20 1994) son John Long (April 3 2005). She leaves behind sister Jean Marsh brother Ed Lee children George (Nancy) Long Charles Long Frank (Vicki) Long Susan (Raymond) Long Stephen (Sharon) Long Tami (Mark) Foster; 27 grandchildren; 43 great-grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday September 10 2005 at 10 AM at the Hummel Funeral Home 500 E. Exchange Street with calling hours one hour prior. Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
