Dorothy Freed

Dorothy L Freed, 93, passed away peacefully on September 7, 2016 in Fairlawn, Ohio after a battle with Alzheimer's disease. Her passion and talent for watercolor and porcelain art was unrivaled. She is survived by her brother Roger Bigelow wife Patricia, daughters Brenda Garman-Zimmerman husband Richard, Frances F Leatherman husband Gary, son Frederic F Freed wife Alberta. Grandsons Brian L Leatherman and Kevin Leatherman-wife Melanie. Family services to be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers Memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or Humane Society of Greater Akron.
