Dillard is now soaring with the eagles. He went peacefully at the hospital with his wife by his side.

Dillard was born in Putnam County, W. VA. He has been reunited with his parents Elmer and Pansy Edwards.

He is survived by his wife of over 13 years, Rebecca, his four children Trish, Danielle, Jennifer, and Andy, and six grandchildren- Alex, Kylie, Tai'vyon, Dominik, Khalan, and Braxton.

He loved sports and was a big fan of the Cleveland Indians, Cleveland Cavaliers, and the Dallas Cowboys. He loved collecting baseball cards and memorabilia. He also loved music, but his favorite was classic rock by AC/DC and KISS. He loved birds and would spend hours watching them sitting on the porch

Goodbye our beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend. Until we meet again.
