Grandson of Frank J. Lucas, Sr. and Grace (nee White) and Theodore Allen and Agnes (nee Guttman); Nephew of the late Joseph Lingro and Rhea (nee Lucas), John Weaver and Frances (nee Lucas) John Russo “Uncle Bud,” and Ronald Cassidy. Uncle of Catherine Mary Lucas, Michael Lucas, and Matthew Lucas; Great Uncle of Xavier Bevier; Nephew of Dorothy Cassidy; and Cousin of Stephen Cassidy (deceased), Laura Cassidy and Patrick Cassidy.
