David Paul Buhalak

David P. Buhalak passed away peacefully on Monday, March 30, 2026. He was born on November 14, 1942 in Akron to the late George and Katherine (Veninger) Buhalak. David proudly served our country in the United States Marines
He is survived by his wife, Joan; children, Regina M. (Jimmie Small) Buhalak, John Paul Buhalak and Rita E. (Pete) Gessford; grandchildren, Nathaniel and Madison Buhalak, Olivia and Alexander Gessford; sisters-in-law, Jane (David) Weber, Jill Buffa and Diane Sutton; niece and nephew, Denise and Keith Buhalak.
Preceded in death by his parents; sister, Ruth (Fred) Schott, brother, Tom (Vera) Buhalak; brother-in-law, Bud Sutton.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00am Saturday, April 25, 2026 at St. Sebastian Church, where family and friends may visit 10-11am. Private interment will take place at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
