Cynthia Bartlebaugh McDowell 55 of Pickerington OH passed to rest in the hands of the Lord on December 8 2006. Cindy was born on January 22 1951 in Akron OH. Cindy was preceded in death by her father Samuel Bartlebaugh; grandmother Rhea Bartlebaugh. She is survived by husband Mac; mother Margaret Bartlebaugh; brothers Thomas (Karen); Timothy (Susan); Robert (Gerri); John (Tracie); James (Susan) Bartlebaugh and many nieces and nephews. Her passion was NASCAR and she has now reached victory lane. Mass of Christian Burial Tuesday December 12 2006 at 10:00 AM at St. Sebastian Catholic Church.
