Charles Robert Seeley, our beloved Chuck, suffered a heart attack and was called Home into the arms of his loving Heavenly Father on July 20, 2025, leaving us with broken hearts, a thousand hilarious memories, and the impossible task of imagining life without his infectious spirit.
He was happiest in nature and spending time with his precious girls - Ava (8) and Olivia (6), the joys of his life. He will want them to always remember his love for them and even more so, God's love for them.
He is survived by a loving circle of family and friends - the very ones who knew his quirks, his jokes, his stubborn streak, and loved him all the more for it. Chuck was never afraid to be unapologetically himself - honest, hilarious, and proficient at what he put his mind to.
Chuck found comfort in the simple things, especially contemplation in scripture from his well-worn inherited Bible, most often from the one seat in the house that offered true solitude.
We'll miss his nonsense, his wisdom (even when unsolicited), his booming laugh, and his larger than life presence.
If you were to ask Chuck what legacy he would leave us, he would defer to God and direct us all to Psalm 139.
While the family appreciates your support, a private celebration of life will be held for those that personally knew Chuck. The celebration will be held at White Timbers Winery, 10036 Rittman Road, Wadsworth, 44281, on Sunday, August 3rd, from 4-8pm. Those wanting to share remembrances or scripture will have the opportunity to do so near 6:30pm. The family requests photos and videos that you may have of Chuck. Please reach out to a family member for the link.
