Carol Johnson

Carol L. Johnson (nee Adair) 76 passed away April 16 2008 at her home in Clearwater FL. She is preceded in death by her husband Max. She leaves behind daughters Diane (Fred Garron) Johnson of Largo FL Sandy (Joe) Graham of Clearwater Renay (Larry) Kapusinski; brother Terry (Gwen) Adair of Copley; sister Daryl Braman of Michigan; and grandchildren Nick and Carli Kapusinski. A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday April 23 at 6:00 P.M. at Hummel Funeral Home COPLEY 3475 Copley Rd Copley 44321. Family will receive friends one hour prior to service.
