Anne Neidert

Anne Marie (Estochin) Neidert died peacefully in the early morning of Saturday Sept. 22 2007. She was born 96 years earlier on Feb. 27 1911 near Presov Czechoslovakia to Frank and Mary (Kovacs) Estochin. Anne came to the U.S. as an infant living nearly all of her life in Akron. Her life was full and varied filled with family work friends and volunteer service and given variety by a lasting love of music travel and the arts. Despite her active life she always had time for others whether that meant a concerned ear a houseful of kids or simply her wonderful smile that radiated the peace and joy she took from her life. She is survived by her son Jim (Neidert) nieces and nephews Janet Hartz (Ray) Noel Deibel (Larry) John Bobinski Jim Estochin (Karen) and Lisa Springer (Michael) who will all miss the joy she brought to life. Preceding her in death were her parents her husband John Neidert Jr. her sister Mary and brother Frank and her nephew Frank Bobinski. Calling hours will be at Hummel Funeral 500 E. Exchange St. Akron from 3 to 7 PM on Wednesday Sept. 26. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday at 10 AM at St. Sebastian's Church on Mull with burial following at Holy Cross Cemetery. Donations can be made to the Haven of Rest Mission or Hoban High School in lieu of flowers.
